These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and Amy Lee Crooke (“we,” “our,” “us”) regarding all mentoring sessions, programs, and offerings. By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the following terms.

1. MENTORING RELATIONSHIP 

Mentoring with Amy Lee Crooke is a collaborative process designed to support your self-awareness, healing, and growth. All guidance offered is grounded in lived experience, intuitive insight, and holistic practice.

Our sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and integration before, during and after sessions.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY  

You agree to approach mentoring with honesty, openness, and self-responsibility. You are encouraged to take what resonates, integrate at your own pace, and seek additional professional support if needed.

Amy Lee Crooke holds space for your process but does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

3. PAYMENT AND CANCELATIONS  

Payment is required prior to each session unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a forfeited fee.
Refunds are not issued after a session has taken place.

All payment details are clearly stated at the time of booking and are in AUS dollars.

4. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP  

All written materials, recordings, meditations, and resources shared through Amy Lee Crooke are the intellectual property of Amy Lee Crooke and are protected under copyright law.

These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY  

All sessions are held in a safe and confidential space. Personal information or stories shared will not be disclosed, except where required by law or if there is concern for your safety or the safety of others.

6. LIMITATIONS LIABILITY

By participating in mentoring sessions, you acknowledge that Amy Lee Crooke is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions you choose to take following your sessions. You engage in this work at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. SESSION STRUCTURE AND DURATION 

There is no fixed number of sessions. Your journey unfolds at its own natural pace. Each session meets you where you are, exploring what is most present and supportive for your growth in that moment.

Session duration is as per outlined when booking, unless otherwise discussed and arranged. 

8. CHANGE OF TERMS 

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time to reflect changes in practice or policy. The current version will always be available on our website.
